COVID-19: PSC’s Prevention & Response
PSC is committed to protecting the health & safety of employees, customers, and the public during this pandemic to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our showrooms are currently CLOSED to the public until further notice. However, we have adapted our stone selection process to make things easier than ever for our customers! Our team continues to deliver high quality customer service via phone, email, and online and thank you for your continued support during this time.
Countertop Selection from Your Home Is as Easy as 1,2,3!
Step 1- On-line Consultation
Our team of Stone Consultants are ready to meet you and discuss your style, design and needs. You may set up an online consultation via Zoom, phone, or any online platform that best suites you. Our team will listen and help guide you to a variety of stone options that work best for your project & style. Learn more about our team of professionals here.
Step 2- Sample Delivery
Our Stone Consultants will assemble a box filled with stone samples based off your on-line consultation. The sample box is available for pickup outside our Indianapolis showroom OR we will deliver it to your front door. This sample box will give you an unique opportunity to see a variety of stones in the lighting of your own home like never before! Once you are finished looking at the samples, simply return them or give us a call and we will pick them up.
Step 3- Outdoor Slab Viewing
Once a final selection has been made, some homeowners prefer to view their full slab of stone before it is cut. To maintain our high level of customer service, PSC’s team will arrange a date and time to move your slab outside our fabrication facility. This will allow you to view your final slab up close and personal. Once you give us the green light, PSC will get to work fabricating your new, beautiful countertops!
Health & Safety Come First
PSC is constantly adapting and increasing flexibility amid the current COVID-19 situation. Our cleaning efforts have been greatly increased and any team member who was able to transition and work from home has done so. Install crews are sanitizing trucks and tooling after the completion of each job and to protect the fabrication crew, our slab warehouse has been closed to the public. However, arrangements can be made for slabs to be moved outside the warehouse for customer viewing. Stay up to date by following the Indiana State Department of Health and the advice of the CDC.
